1. Check Your Internet Connection:

Make sure you have a stable and active internet connection. Try opening a website or using another internet-dependent app to verify your internet connection. If you’re too far from your Wi-Fi router, you can’t get a signal, so make sure that you’re within range.

2. Restart the Apple Music App

Quit the Apple Music app and reopen it. This can help refresh the connection and resolve temporary glitches.

When you only have access to Cellular, Go to Settings – Apple Music, turn off Cellular Data, and go to Apple Music app to try playing a song, it will tell you to enable data, then go back in Settings to turn it on again.

On iOS

  1. Open Music app and tap your profile image on the top right corner.
  2. Tap Manage Subscription.

  1. Open Apple Music app on your Android device.

8. Clear Apple Music cache and data

Check if those songs are greyed out in your playlist. If the songs are not available in your region, they will load infinitely when you play them in a playlist. Just delete the greyed out songs from library or playlist.
